- Answer the urgent question first
- Show what cannot be determined remotely
- Name the source and research date
- Correct or remove unsupported claims
Updates and corrections
Rules, programs, public contacts, licenses, and provider availability can change. Time-sensitive records receive shorter review dates and may be removed while being checked.
A material safety or accuracy report takes priority over new publishing. The affected page or referral route may be disabled immediately while the issue is investigated.
